WEBSITE INFORMATION / UPDATED OCTOBER 15, 2026

Your information.
A clear explanation.

This notice describes the current Morse website features. It does not describe an active coaching enrollment system: Morse Men remains a pilot in development.

Upgrades recommendations

Your business description, goal, obstacle and optional website, timeframe and budget are used by rules running in your browser. The website does not send these entries to an AI service, scan the supplied website, or save them to an application database. If you choose to discuss your plan, those details are placed in the inquiry form.

Printable document drafts

Document previews use information entered in page memory. When you request a PDF, your document fields are sent to the website server to create the file. The server does not save the document text or PDF in the member database. Printing or saving a PDF makes a copy on your device. Clearing entries removes them from the current page; it does not delete copies you printed or saved.

Member registration is free through ChatGPT sign-in. A $1 USD one-time lifetime premium purchase covers unlimited document PDFs for your registered account while MORSE GENERATOR operates. Actual notarization and notary fees are separate. Purchases use Stripe-hosted checkout when payment activation is complete.

Member registration and administration

When you save a member profile, Morse stores your sign-in user identifier, name, verified sign-in email, optional phone number, a hashed member identifier, registration status, privacy-consent version, and creation/update times. No password, identity document, birth date or payment card is collected by the profile form. Registration includes an optional newsletter choice. You are subscribed only if you choose to receive Morse news; member registration and marketing consent are recorded separately.

Profiles are stored in the website database and available to the configured site owner through a protected administrator dashboard. You can update your own profile or delete its active database record, newsletter subscription, email activity and associated AI usage records from your member account. Downloaded files, administrator CSV copies and infrastructure backups are separate copies; contact Morse about those. Profiles remain stored until deletion; the site does not automatically delete inactive accounts.

Your free account receives one PDF. A separate allowance record contains hashes of your sign-in identifier and the free document, plus the creation time; it contains no document text, name, email or phone. This record remains for the lifetime of the service, including after profile deletion, so creating a new profile with the same sign-in does not reset the free allowance. The document fingerprint allows you to download that same free document again unchanged; a changed document requires another entitlement. Premium PDF access requires a verified premium status, never a value supplied by the browser. Purchase availability is shown in your member account.

Optional Morse newsletter

If you choose the newsletter checkbox when saving your member profile, Morse stores your verified email, subscription status, newsletter-consent version, opt-in and update times, any unsubscribe time, and a random unsubscribe token. The website queues a welcome email and can send Morse business tips, company news and occasional offers. Newsletter delivery requires an activated email sender; an email marked queued has not yet been submitted to an email service.

The private back office holds a directory of registered emails, newsletter status, authored newsletters and email activity. Only the configured administrator can view the list, export it, edit newsletters or initiate sends. Existing members are not automatically subscribed. Newsletters go to current opted-in subscribers, with one recipient per email. Subscriber emails are not shared with other recipients.

When delivery is activated, Morse uses Resend to send emails. The service receives the recipient address, sender details, message and unsubscribe link to handle delivery. Morse keeps a copy of the email payload, email-service identifier, submission result, attempt count and timestamps in its database. A result of “accepted” means the service accepted the email, not that inbox delivery has been verified. The email service handles delivery and security records under its own privacy practices.

You can unsubscribe without signing in using the link in a newsletter, or turn off the newsletter checkbox and save your member preferences. This stops queued newsletter emails and leaves member services available. An unsubscribe record is kept to prevent accidental sends while your member profile remains. Saving a profile again without explicitly opting in does not restart newsletters. Deleting your Morse profile also removes its subscription and email activity when no other registered profile uses that email. Provider records, administrator exports and infrastructure backups are separate; contact Morse about those copies.

Stripe payments and premium access

When you start checkout, Morse stores an opaque purchase reference, a hash of your sign-in identifier, the premium-details version you accepted and the creation time. This reference is sent to Stripe to credit the payment to your Morse account; it does not contain your name, email, document wording or sign-in credentials. Stripe collects and processes payment information on its hosted page under its own privacy practices. Your card number, security code and payment credentials never pass through the Morse profile form.

Morse stores Stripe checkout-session and payment identifiers, the member-identifier hash, amount, currency, payment status, notification identifiers and receipt times to operate access and reconcile payments. Full refunds and disputed payments remove the access funded by those payments; a dispute resolved in your favor can restore it. These payment and technical records remain for the lifetime of the service, including after profile deletion. Re-registering with the same sign-in restores access supported by an active paid record. Deleting your profile does not request a refund or erase Stripe’s records. Contact Morse about payment records, errors or refund requests.

Optional AI drafting

AI is used only when you request it and agree to processing. The supplied facts or wording, document type, and intended state/country are sent to OpenAI. Signer-name and property-address fields are not automatically included, but anything you put in the AI text box is included. Use placeholders and omit sensitive details.

The application does not store your AI source text, model output, or generated PDFs in the member database. It records attempt times, status, and token counts for availability controls and administration. These usage records remain until your Morse profile is deleted. An anonymous daily total remains after account deletion to protect the service’s usage budget. Preview limits are 3 attempts per member per UTC day and 50 across the site; failed attempts count.

Requests disable provider response storage for retrieval, but this does not promise zero provider retention. OpenAI processing and security logs follow its data-control policies. AI output may contain mistakes and must be reviewed before use.

Inquiry emails and copies

The forms prepare an email draft addressed to jh@gomorse.org; they do not submit a message or enroll you. You must review and send the draft in your email app. “Copy inquiry details” places the prepared text on your device’s clipboard, or shows text you can copy manually.

Once you send an email, your email provider and Morse’s email provider handle delivery. Morse can use the message to respond and discuss your inquiry. Inbox retention and any later project records are separate from this website’s browser-only form behavior. Do not include passwords, payment details, medical information or sensitive personal history.

Tracking and hosting

The application does not currently include a third-party analytics tracker. Newsletter subscription is optional, and the website does not add email open-tracking pixels of its own. Page requests still pass through the website hosting service, which may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the site. This notice does not promise that hosting produces no technical logs.

Sharing and external platforms

The sharing button opens your device’s sharing dialog or copies the page URL. It does not automatically post to your accounts. SoundCloud, ReverbNation, Instagram, TikTok and research links open external services with their own privacy practices. Media from these services is not embedded in the current pages.

Morse Men pilot inquiries

This website does not collect coaching assessments, intake screenings, progress photos, recordings or payments. If the pilot launches, facilitator details, scope, consent, privacy and any collection or retention terms must be confirmed before those activities begin.

Questions or information requests

Email jh@gomorse.org to ask how your inquiry is handled or request correction or deletion of information you sent. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification process is agreed.
