18–29
In-person conversation, social circles and handling rejection respectfully.
Build the skills.
Become more comfortable being yourself.
A 12-week coaching program designed to help you build confidence, improve your presentation, strengthen friendships and approach dating or your current relationship with clarity.
The core idea: confidence follows competence. Each week pairs practice with a manageable real-world assignment, followed by reflection on what you learned.
Pilot in development. Start dates, pricing, delivery location and facilitator qualifications are being finalized. An inquiry expresses interest; it does not enroll you or take payment.
These are program goals, not guaranteed outcomes. Progress is measured through your actions and skills, never a promised date, partner or change in someone else.
12 weeks, with follow-ups 4 and 12 weeks after completion.
Group agreements: respect confidentiality, speak from experience, avoid demeaning talk, praise effort, and allow anyone to pass. Group confidentiality is an agreement; it cannot be guaranteed.
These are options, not assumptions about your age. Your goals shape the track.
In-person conversation, social circles and handling rejection respectfully.
Rebuilding friendships, dating with intention and making time around work.
Returning to dating, updated personal style and navigating family responsibilities.
Companionship, community and confidence with technology, with referrals for grief support when needed.
Confidence, social skills and relationship habits. Dating practice becomes time with your own partner; style remains optional.
Additional formats under consideration: a six-week intensive, a one-day introduction covering Modules 1–3, and a partnered track. Availability will be confirmed before booking.

No one must obtain a date to complete an assignment. Role-play, friendship practice or a partner activity can meet the learning goal.
Review your own starting point in weeks 1, 6 and 12, alongside a weekly behavior log. Scores are private and participants are never ranked.
Optional photos and video need separate consent. Your coach will agree on access, retention and deletion before collection. Sensitive questionnaires are not collected on this website.
SIAS or Mini-SPIN; General Self-Efficacy Scale; UCLA 3-item Loneliness Scale; Self-Compassion Scale short form; and Couples Satisfaction Index for partnered participants. Appropriate use, permissions, scoring and facilitator competence must be checked before launch. These are not website tests or diagnoses.
Research on friendship, connection and conversation practice informs the design. It does not establish that this specific program is clinically effective.

Samples and settings limit generalization. Many relationship findings are correlational. Therapy research does not prove coaching outcomes. This page omits unsupported communication percentages, power-pose claims and guarantees.
Know what the program can offer.
No. This is planned skills coaching, not psychotherapy, diagnosis or mental-health treatment. Severe or persistent anxiety, depression, grief, substance problems or safety concerns need appropriately qualified care. Coaching may be unsuitable or paused while that care is arranged.
Yes. The partnered track emphasizes confidence, friendships, connection and repair. Dating assignments become shared activities with your partner. It does not replace couples therapy and is not appropriate for joint conflict work where abuse or coercive control is present.
Facilitator training, qualifications, delivery details, dates and pricing have not yet been finalized. Morse will provide these before you decide to book. No credentials, therapist partnership or insurance coverage are represented as already in place.
Your email app opens a draft for you to review and send. Morse can discuss interest and share confirmed pilot details when available. Sending an inquiry is not enrollment, a booking or payment.
The launch checklist includes a workbook, intake and screening process, permissions for assessment tools, 12 session plans, referral list, scope statement, consent and privacy processes, qualified facilitation, licensed-therapist consultation arrangements, liability insurance, and barber and tailor partners. These are planned requirements, not completed commitments.
A proposed group session has 25 minutes of debrief, 15 of teaching, 30 of practice, 15 of commitments and 5 to close. One-to-one sessions adapt this to 60 minutes.
Referral or a pause is needed for severe depression, anxiety or grief; thoughts of harming oneself or others; problem substance use; abuse or controlling behavior; persistent fixation on one person; or hostility that prevents respectful participation. Immediate danger requires emergency help. In the U.S., call or text 988 for crisis support, or 911 for an immediate emergency.
Tell us which format interests you and what skill you would like to build. Please leave medical details and sensitive personal history out of your inquiry.
